7. Trampoline

In the Rabbit land playground, you find a small trampoline, but you can of course use any other trampoline and reflect on the forces acting on (and in) your body as you bounce.

When your feet have left the trampoline mat, only the force of gravity (mg) acts on you. You then experience "weightlessness" - both on the way up and on the way down (and in the highest point). As you land on the trampoline, the mat pushes your feet upwards, causing the motion to slow down, come to a stop,  and then accelerate again to leave the trampoline.

How large is the force acting on you in the lowest point? What is your velocity there - and what is your acceleration?
